BIG L

Discography:

Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous -
10/10
*The Big Picture - 8/10

*  Note:  This album was released posthumously.

Brief Overview:

Big L, perhaps my all-time favorite and in my opinion, the single greatest rapper of all-time (talent-wise) is one of the most heavily underrated rappers ever. Although he was tragically gunned down at just 24 years old, he left us a classic debut album (which earns a perfect 10)and another solid release after his passing. Fortunately, he also had countless unreleased tracks and legendary freestyles, as well as excellent material with groups he was invovled with: The Children of the Corn and D.I.T.C. With the classic 90's NY sound, and an endless steam of clever and enjoyable rhymes, his debut album is absolutely required listening for any serious rap fan.
